Expert nationwide support and maintenance

As well as ensuring every unit we design is swiftly installed, our service professionals are available throughout Finland should any equipment require spare parts or maintenance.

Installation

We install the ordered equipment and fittings included in the delivery. Connections to electrical and HVAC networks are done by authorised fitters. The installation costs are the responsibility of the purchasing party or their representative.

Maintenance

We cover maintenance calls, installations and provide user training inside the Helsinki Metropolitan area and Uusimaa region - whereas our network of authorised maintenance providers handle requests outside these regions.

Spare parts

Our on-hand stock of spare parts include those most in demand. Parts are delivered promptly, even within a couple of days following an order, either directly to customers or to an authorised maintenance representative.
